Do I Have ED? A Private Self-Reflection

A few honest questions to help you think it through. This is not a test and not a diagnosis — only a doctor can diagnose ED — but it can help you tell "an off night" from something worth looking into. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

1. Over the last few weeks, when you wanted sex, how often could you get an erection?
2. When you got hard, how often was it firm enough for sex?
3. During sex, how often could you stay hard until you finished?
4. How confident have you felt about getting and keeping an erection?
5. How often did sex feel satisfying for you?
One more, separately: do you still get morning erections, or erections on your own?

Important — how to read this

General educational information, not a medical assessment or a validated questionnaire. If erections are worrying you, see a doctor (a GP, urologist, or andrologist) — and remember ED can be an early sign of treatable heart or metabolic conditions, so it's worth checking regardless.
